Prominent Community Activist Interviews Victims of Santa Clara County Corruption

Prominent Bay Area activist and community leaderCary-Andrew Crittenden conducts video interview withScotty Harris and Francine Stevens about their experiences with Santa Clara County Social Services, the Santa Clara County Counsel and the Court System.  Several individuals believe that they have been railroaded  by the Court System and many believe that Judge Socrates Manoukian  (and other judges) have a collusive relationship with one another.

The case featured above video interview involves Judge  Socrates ManoukianJudge Theresa Guerrero-Daly and others.

As Mr. Crittenden has pointed out, there are several examples in which it appears the when a Probate Court Case (Dept. 3) of an individual conserved by the Santa Clara County Public Guardian, and a party to the probate court case was also a party to a civil court case, then the civil court case would be assigned to Judge Socrates Manoukian who would then skew the judgment in the Probate Court Case to the advantage and benefit of Santa Clara County Government OfficialsScotty Harris and Francine Stevens describe their experience withJudge Socrates Manoukian, in which it appears very similar to the others. Instead of this involving a probate court case in Department 3, it involved a case in Family Court.  Family Courtworks with CPS (Child Protective Services) in much the same way that Probate Court works with the Santa Clara Public Guardian.

The Public Guardian’s Office and Family and Childen's Services are both Subdivisions of Santa Clara County Department of Social Services and are represented by the Santa Clara County Counsel.    Corruptionin Probate Court is very similar to the corruption in Family Court. These are like two heads of the same dragon.

Markham Plaza Apartments / EAH Housing - Responsible for the Elder abuse and Fraudulent Eviction of Heidi Yauman. Santa Clara County Superior Court Case: 1-12-CV226958  /  HUD Inquiry: 345092

The Santa Clara County Public Guardian facilitated thefraudulent eviction of Heidi Yauman from Markham Plaza Apartments in San Jose, CaliforniaHeidi  Yauman’seviction was held in Department 19, (Judge Socrates Manoukian) despite the fact that staff at Markham Plaza Apartments could not substantiate a single lease violation, and their attorney: Ryan Mayberry was exposed for lying andsubmitting false documents.  Heidi Yauman is a traumatic brain injury survivor placed on a conservatorship .  After deputy public guardian: Arlene Peterson gave EAH Housing Staff the green light, they subjected Heidi Yauman to a barrage of harassment and torment, trying to make her as miserable as possible.  Afterward,  when Heidi Yauman filed a complaint to theU.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development,  Deputy Public Guardian, Arlene Peterson in an abuse of “power of attorney” shut down Heidi Yaumans HUD complaint. This breach of fiduciary duty,  obviously,  was NOT DONE for the purpose of advocating for Heidi Yauman, but instead, this was done to CHEAT AND DEPRIVE HER.
Please do not do business with EAH Housing & Warn others about this terrible organization.
Please See the below video footage of a Palo Alto CaliforniaHuman Relations Commission Meeting.  Community Activist: Cary Andrew Crittenden asks questions of Mr. Robert Dolsi – Homeless Services Coordinator for Santa Clara County.  Mr. Dolsi bears responsibility for much of theHUD Grant money that is allocated out to different programs throughout Santa Clara County.   Serious questions are raised as to whether the acts of fraud committed against Heidi Yauman during her violent and illegal eviction clearly appears to render theCounty of Santa Clara in Violation of the Fair Housing Act– Regulated and  Enforced by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development
NOTE:  Mr. Dolsi is with another County Agency and he would NOT be to blame for any of this)

Both Probate Court Cases were assigned to Judge Thomas Cain and the Civil Court Cases were assigned to Judge Socrates Manoukian – Department 19.
The manner in which Giselle Riordan  was deprived of herConservatee Rights was very similar to the way that Heidi Yauman was deprived of her Fair Housing Rights byMarkham Plaza Property Management.  Additionally, the following  individuals were involved in both the cases in whichprivate businesses engaged in a corrupt arrangement with the  Santa Clara County Public Guardian.   Both businesseshad mistakenly thought that the Public Guardian would be able to protect them from being held accountable for their crimes ofelder abuse.

Mark Riordan and Cary-Andrew Crittenden were bothfalsely accused of being the “trouble makers” , when in fact, they were genuinely advocating for the protections ofconservatees who were being abused.  Gisele Riordon, was being abused by Villa Fontana and Heidi Yauman was abused by the staff of Markham Plaza Apartments ( EAH HOUSING)
